zipLogix and Glide Partner to Give California Realtors the First Digital Way for Sellers to Complete Required Disclosure Forms

New web service integration will initially extend to a set of C.A.R.-approved client-facing forms

FRASER, Mich., May 08, 2018 -- zipLogix™, the industry leader in transaction management software and creators of zipForm®, today announced a partnership with Glide that will enable property sellers to complete the Transfer Disclosure Statement and related California disclosure forms electronically for the first time ever. Brokers and agents in California who are members of C.A.R. will be able to provide clients with a faster, more accurate, and more intuitive way for completing disclosure forms.

Glide Forms, the Glide application coming to C.A.R. users of zipForm® Plus, provides a step-by-step TurboTax®-like interface for sellers to securely and digitally input their disclosure information. The intuitive wizard makes it significantly easier for sellers to answer questions about their property, ensures all relevant information is included, and provides sellers with clarifications on what a question is asking for whenever needed.

By increasing the completeness and accuracy of seller-submitted disclosure forms, the combination of Glide's software with the zipForm® Plus transaction management system saves C.A.R. real estate professionals and their clients time, reduces risk, and modernizes this important step in the listing process.
