CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CarolinaMLS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association, has signed a new agreement with ShowingTime, the real estate industry's leading showing management technology provider, to deliver appointment center services for more than 8,000 real estate professionals subscribing to CarolinaMLS.
"ShowingTime Appointment Center has developed innovative technology solutions that support Realtors® as well as the goals of CarolinaMLS," said Steve Byrd, vice president and CTO of CarolinaMLS. "Their 24/7 service, best-in-class mobile app, two-way text messaging and analytic reports will not only afford our agents a great experience but will help agents provide even better service to buyers and sellers."
ShowingTime is the only service in the real estate industry staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with live appointment specialists. CarolinaMLS agents will also benefit from using the ShowingTime mobile app to review existing appointments, schedule new ones, access driving directions and/or view showing instructions, all while in the field. When combined with online scheduling via CarolinaMLS, which includes a ShowingCart, mapping and more, no showing request is ever missed.
